  • Jason was our tech. This was arranged by our home warranty company so I was not sure what to expect. I could not be happier. This service was for a leaking garbage disposal. Upon his prompt arrival he noticed the black tape on the floor left by the leak detection service for a separate call referred to a different plumbing company (second time). I explained what that ongoing issue was and he walked me through what needs to be done and provided a quote if I want them to do the work. Still waiting for the quote from the other company. He then replaced the disposal with no attempt to upsell. Excellent.
