  • Worst customer service ever !!!! The first time I went in there Got a lip and eyebrow deal because it's cheaper the first time I got attitude and if I knew It was gonna be like this Wouldn't have bought the deal and the second time I grew out my eyebrows just so I can have them done the way I wanted to I went in at 6:44 on a Thursday 12/15/16 and I clearly told the lady that I want my eyebrows thin long and straight meaning not curved in by the nose area she said ok but didn't do as I asked I had to ask her to fix them twice and I could tell that she didn't like that and quote told me "you want me to take off all your eyebrows?", then after she finished my eyebrows I asked her to do my lip cause I already paid for it she said its 7:00 and that they're closed I told her but I already paid for it so she said ok fine she did it so quick that it literally took her 30 seconds and she didn't even wanna do it like come on, so rude and disrespectful don't waist your time coming here!!!!!
