They took really thorough care of my dogs. One of them likes to bite strangers who are standing up, and the vet sat on the floor with them so they weren't nervous and didn't know they were being examined.
They explain the costs of medicine and tests before doing them, which is also really nice. Their fees were reasonable from what I'm used to (but I'm from the east coast so I'm used to really high vet costs). What I think is reasonable and what someone from the area thinks is reasonable might not be the same thing.
I also liked that they use email to communicate. Finally, they were able to get a mistake corrected on my dog's rabies certificate by contacting her last vet - this meant she didn't get a shot she didn't need, and I'm grateful for that.
The office was reasonably clean, and didn't smell bad. The staff were all super friendly, and I felt like they cared about my dogs.
