| - Came here for Muay Thai on a Tuesday (they offer M/T Tues / Thurs at 6:15pm) while out of town, travelling for work, and in need of a workout. I was welcomed, and had a great training session. There wasn't any sparring - just some warm ups, conditioning, jump rope, and padwork / combos. Partnered up with Obi (yes, like the Jedi) who was also leading most of the class. Cool dude, and awesome partner - he modified combos for me so I didn't have to exacerbate an existing injury. Overall, there's a good energy in this place, and I will certainly stop by to train again given the opportunity.
Side note, the Jiu-jitsu class for kids looked VERY well-organized. These guys were watching every move the children made, giving feedback for technique on the spot, reff'ing, tossing tips, and words of encouragement to the children. The instructor to practitioner ratio was outstanding - 1 coach for every 2 or 3 kids. I was very impressed with the quality of instruction I was observing, and the obvious investment that this place is making in teaching quality jits.
Overall, I recommend this place for striking, jits, fitness, and developing a child's character and will to work for success.
