  • This experience was a disaster from the get-go! Scheduling with Cierra is next to impossible. She doesn't answer her phone and her voice mail box is always full. Text messaging is the only way to reach her. Eventually. The establishment is dirty and unkempt and not up to industry standards (I'm a licensed cosmetologist -- I should know!) I'm fairly certain that their are SEVERAL violations here. Let the wadded up Jack-in-the-Box food bag on her work station speak for itself. Worse, as she was late (and stalling) for her appointment for the second time, the hairdresser who shares her studio claimed that Cierra does her own eyelashes, and they've been breaking off -- and to quote, " What do I care? I just get more fake lashes put on when they break." This was a major red flag. I left (as Cierra still hadn't yet shown up), and called GroupOn for a refund.
