Calling for inquiries about service and actually getting a quote is the worst experience ever. You call, get transferred to multiple ppl (none of which are actually helpful), and no one has an answer for you regarding pricing or service time. Called and was all but rushed off the phone by rude service department staff. Come on guys, people have jobs and actually don't have the convenience of coming down to talk to you face to face to get pricing. I feel like the service staff knows that and is purposely lazy and inattentive when it comes to potential service customers calling for inquiries. Based on how horrible my experience was just with calling today, I can say that I'll never buy a car from this dealership and I will never refer anyone here either. It starts at management. These people are obviously allowed to act as if the customers don't matter. Management does not care or else it would be so many rude staff members within one phone call.
