I ordered the coconut ice cream, and it didn't taste like coconut. Why call it coconut if it taste like vanilla (which is vanilla)? Plus, it's too sweet. 1/4 in and I got grossed out with the amount of sugar in them. I would not risk paying another $6 for something that either won't taste like the flavor advertised or be ridiculously sweetened.
It would have been 3 stars if their customer service skills weren't to terrible. When I brought it to their attention that coconut doesn't taste like coconut, the cashier told me that it's not suppose to, and implied I should have known that. I would think that being in the service industry, you would be sympathetic towards an unhappy customer and apologize. Not here. I simply got my money back - and because they were nice enough to do that, 2 stars.
I understand people go here for ice cream and not customer service, but when you treat your customers like they're nauseants, it's going to make their experience a bad one.
