This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered with business travel. The one good thing was the bed was comfortable. However, the room was dirty with paint peeling off walls and chips in all the walls and doorways. There were still water and coffee stains not wiped off the table in the room. There was some sort of dirt and fluid streaks down the walls. I tried to take a bath the first night and there was no drain. They sent a maintenance man who couldn't fix it so if I wanted a bath the only option was to use a plastic floor at to cover the nasty drain. I ordered room service and got a turkey burger that tasted like fish and had unripe tomatoes. I opted for Papa Johns the next night but did ask for beer from room service. It took over an hour to get it and the girl said there was only one bartender. She forgot a bottle opener so I waited another 15 min for that. After having terrible jet lag I wanted to sleep but they had extremely loud music outside by the pool and I could not even hear the TV to drown it out. I called three times and they kept telling me only another half hour and it would be off. The the final time security was supposed to have them turn down the music but that didn't
happen. It was dark outside so some people sleep but that did not matter to this place. I am truly disappointed and if I hadn't been here for a conference I would've moved hotels. I hope to not have to come back to this area in the future. I hope the hotel updates soon and takes this feedback to improve.
