  • The staff and orthodontist here are friendly and supportive, and genuinely care about their patients; I never feel like they are upselling or recommending treatment that is unnecessary. My child had an issue with strep and the doctor was very proactive to take steps to eliminate the possibility of reinfection. My son also loves "earning" geckos, which is an office reward program. Honestly, orthodontic treatment is crazy expensive no matter where you go, which makes it a bit painful (not to mention the poor kid that has to have those braces tightened), but we like Dr Santucci and his staff as much as we possibly could enjoy someone who takes so much of your money.
