I would give less stars if possible.
The tech's first visit quickly got to the problem. A part was replaced but the problem persisted. The next visit was 12/29/14 and this time a different part was needed. I was told to expect a week for delivery. It's now 1/21/15. Their early reasons for the delay were the holidays. Now they just say it's on back order. I would not recommend this company if you are interested in resolving an appliance problem.
