rev:text	So I have bought lots of furniture there. My first couch was great. I love my temperpedic bed. Two media cabinet which are good. However, my last purchase of a sofa and two recliners that were custom has been a nightmare. About 6 weeks in a zipper broke on a couch cushion. It took over a month for replacement covers to arrive. They were not the correct covers. Took another month to get the correct ones. Than I called about 11 months after the purchase because the cushion wasn't holding up, the support wasn't there. There was no follow up. I didn't follow up because I had surgery with an injury that had me in the hospital and physical rehab facilities for 3 months and it wasn't a priority for me. Now I have had this furniture for 22 months a seam has torn and the cushions are crap. I was sold an extended warranty for $279 and told the cushions were covered for 10 years. The catch is that since I didn't push the issue last July I have to pay to have someone come look at the cushions. The warrantee is worthless. The separate extended warrantee does not cover seams giving out so I have to have that repaired out of my own pocket. They also So basically it's a scam. Also the extended warranty company employees lie to you and fraudulently document things that aren't true. While they are a separate company Slumberland sells the product for them. I am filing complaints on the warranty company with the BBB and state consumer protection. Don't believe don't believe their lies about 10 year in most definitely don't consider the extended warranty. The warranty is strictly to pad their pockets with your money. I would give them zero Stars if I could.
