  • Corporate reached out to me and sent a free car wash and gift card to reimburse me for the previous experience. I almost think the first experience was better! Same group of non working degenerates not washing my car. Check out the pictures AFTER the car was, yes AFTER! I lost it and went into the store. John Wayne was training on register and was polite as could be (he's great). The store manager came out, listened to me and had 2 red shirts (leads? Managers?) fix the wash. Management is top notch but your car wash crew would be more productive washing windshields and begging for money somewhere else. I recently went to Terrible's on Flamingo and Arville, paid $15 and got the best car wash ever. Send you're crew there if you refuse to fire them. They need training ASAP!
