Initially I was very happy with the service rendered, they seem to really care about the pets. I called to check the rates for my dog as this was my first visit after a Groupon and decided to take them in. When it came time to pay, the rate was double what I was told on the phone and the front receptionist was very rude when I brought up the difference from what I was quoted and told. It's not about the price, but feeling deceived.
