  • Ruined my $900 suede coat! I took my coat in to get it professionally cleaned. They said we have to send it out to get it cleaned, that will take two weeks. Ok... I call to see if it's ready. I come to pick up and they didn't clean it and the guy put "spot" stickers on the suede which is now all over my jacket!!! I asked the guy if he should be doing that and he said oh yeah it's fine. Well it's not and nobody tried to make it right. This place is poorly managed and incompetent. Do not trust them with your business.
