  • I was very disappointed in the treatment I received from Dr. McCracken. I came into the office with a severe skin rash on both arms, neck, and chest. He was in the exam room only long enough for diagnosis and prescription. He gave me no chance for questions and no counseling on side effects of medication. Chalked it up to him having a bad day. Returned 1 week later and unfortunately had the same brusque and rushed treatment. I felt I was intruding on his day. Again no chance for questions concerning rash and side effects from medication. I am 71 yrs. old and have never been treated so poorly by a physician. I came to the conclusion he hated his job or his patients or both. Sue M
