  • Formerly Parker Finch, the Management Trust of Arizona at times do not seem to care a ton for the people in the communities they manage, although they are definitely active on improving efforts to enhance property quality and values.. Certain administrators of the Management Trust of Arizona do not respond to complaints or inquiries and blame the residents of the communities in which they have been hired to serve and rather engage to assist the communities they serve simply sometimes respond as if their actual customers are just a nuisance, whereas other members of the management company are relatively quick and proactive, and run maintenance projects very efficiently, at some times in non maintenance related matters, they are not a whole lot of help. The Management Trust of AZ (Formerly Parker Finch) Does take alot of actions and proactive measures to fix and maintain their properties, although sometimes I'm unsure of the accuracy of the projects they plan out. They don't always take the concerns of residents seriously, but are typically proactive in responding to general needs. They sometimes seem to be overspending on meaningless landscaping projects and sometimes fail to responding to more important needs of the communities they serve, but overall are relatively active in improving and maintaining their properties
