  • Do Not Go. !!!! I can not begin to write what A disappointment this entire place is. The Whole customer service experience with Kerri. I bought 13 tickets for my husbands 40th birthday. Went there 2x and spoke with her about making sure there would be A reservation for all of us. She said there would be for sure....THERE WAS NOT! They shoved our group in A corner...The service was horrific.!!!! Plan on waiting A 1/2 hr. Just for A drink!I contacted them several times regarding this matter and no response. They don't care about customer service one bit! There are plenty of Comedy clubs that far exceeded this Horrific place. ! Go elsewhere!!!!!!
