  • What a disappointment! I went here to buy some pet food because their website showed that they were having a sale, but to my surprise, the sale price was nowhere near what their website listed. So I asked about it. And I was told that the website was American. Except that the site I visited was petsmart.ca! Again I was told that it was an "American website". What gives? Even if the Canadian site defaults to the American website, they're still one company and they should honour their advertised prices. Or fix their website. Either way, I won't be shopping here anytime soon!
