  • I was surprised to see a lack of action taken by the person in charge of this clinic. Of course the name I use on Yelp isn't my real name, and I'm shocked that the executive director of this clinic would even attempt to call me about on it. The fact she even said there's no patient at her clinic with my name shows she has no respect for patient confidentiality. I have tried to contact the ED regarding issues that the office however I have been ignored. I noticed that she didn't apologize for her lack of adhered to the patient confidentiality policy.
