I took my dog there several weeks ago to be groomed. After I picked him up and returned home, I notice that he still had a lot of loose hair and dander. I then checked his nails, teeth, and ears to confirm they had been cleaned and his ears were not cleaned. I called to ask if ear cleaning was part of the service and the associate confirmed it was and said she would speak to the groomer and call me back. When she called back she apologized for his ears not being cleaned and offered a discount for his next service. When my husband called to make our dog's appointment for today I asked him to confirm we would get the discount and they did. When he picked up our dog up this morning, they said they did not clean his ears because he gave the groomer a hard time and that is why they didn't clean ears last time. And they did not offer the discount that was promised. I'm not sure why their failure to clean my dogs ears because he was being difficult was not communicated when I picked him up, when I called to question the service, and when the associate called me back to apologize. The only reason we went back for a second time was because of the discount but we will not be going back again! I was also able to clean my dogs ears when they failed to do so both times with no problem!
