| - After speaking with customer service about a previously poor experience, they encouraged me to try again in a few weeks when I needed another rental. The staff were friendly, the car drove well, and the entire trip went smoothly from rental station to my destination and back.
The car wasn't entirely clean when I got in--there were some baby bottles in the door's lower shelf-area, and a lot of trash in the glove compartment.
I tried again a weeks later when I needed a car for a week, and they weren't able to give me my original reservation without a wait. The staff member was friendly about it, though, and gave me a comparable vehicle that did the job with few faults.
I've had to rent a lot of cars over the past few months, and it's a difficult business to be in; however, Enterprise does an alright job and, after a slip-up, gave me the convenience and affordability that I want.
