  • I worked with Robco's Solar Consultant, Kyle Jones. He was extremely knowledgeable (and then some) for in-depth type of questions, while not using high pressure sales tactics. Unfortunately, he had to explain that solar energy is most likely not suitable for my specific roof lines. That consultation with him educated me more and potentially saved me a lot of money alone. That isn't something you might expect from a company like this. The other solar system installation companies I received a quote from, wouldn't do that. One of the quoting companies even wanted to sell me more than double the panels, because their panels have a lower efficient rating. That would have been solar panels mounted over 75% of my roof from their drawing plan. I'm sure that's why they are the top rated on Yelp, and they still stay busy. It turns out, it makes more financhal sense for me to be more mindful of energy reduction; changing out my old Central AC unit for a unit with a better SEER rating and Energy Star rating, since my original unit has a higher operating cost. Also, change out my pool pump for a more efficient variable speed pump, since my pump, has a higher operating cost. Those swop outs can save me about 30% alone on my monthly energy bill, where I want my NV Energy bill to be. So that's my new direction and worth this review....
