I went to this location on Saturday morning to have my 2014 Hyundai Sonata serviced. The manufacturer service intervals indicated that I needed to have my transmission and cooling system serviced at 60,000k miles. While there the service advisor came out to my car and did several checks. Telling me how bad Jiffy Lube was and how they were so much better. First alarm. Never trash the competition. Then he pulls out his phone and looks up my service schedule from car facts. I never seen that before. He actually never showed me when it was to be done but instead insisted that the transmission wasn't due until 100,000k. 2nd alarm. I was told several times while changing my oil that it was due at 60,000k. He conveniently told me that we should due the fuel system instead. I took his word for it gave him my keys then was about to leave when I felt checked. I called the dealership and they confirmed that my service schedule is 60,000k. I immediately went back in and took my care elsewhere. Had I listened to him? I would have went an additional 40,000k miles on my transmission and voided out my warranty. I wonder how many other unassuming consumers listened to their advice and are now subject to a voided warranty. You have lost my business Big O.
