  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Rented a LUXURY vehicle from a different location, something was wrong with the keyless entry which causes the vehicle's security system to keep going off. The location i rented it from was closed so customer service sent me to this location (Macarran Airport). First they said that they couldnt give me an upgrade for the inconvenience, which is total BS because theyve done it for me before, so they were lying about that. I asked for a Manager on duty (KEN) and he was not any help at all. He didnt compensate for the inconvenience. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, i expected more from a BIG company since im a loyal customer and my grandmother is a Gold Member. i dont recommend this to any customer, go to AVIS instead.
