rev:text	Why is it called "The Dump" ? Simple. It is just that. A very appropriate name. Despicable customer service. My sofa started deteriorating within a few months. We purchased the extended warranty and the store manager told us nothing could be done, and the shredding was normal. I'm sure they will go out of business soon. So disappointed. Stay away!! A rating of one star is way too generous!
