  • Moved to surprise and now having to drive to another dealer to service my new truck. This place has done nothing but half ass work for 2 of my services. The first one they did not rotate my tires and when I asked them if they did they lied straight to my face. Second service I requested not to rotate my tires now that I have to get this done somewhere else and I just want the 23 point inspection.even that wasn't able to be done.no paperwork because they said they didn't want to charge my warranty for it. Once I left they didn't even reset my service light or place a sticker for the next service. I also decide to see if they checked my fluids and my coolant was at the low mark so they probably didn't even do anything to my truck but let it sit in the back.and to top this all off the recall I had ordered somehow never found a way to contact me once the parts arrived. I called and the guy says theres no number on file but the paperwork for the parts says it on top of it. He didn't even bother apologizing for my issues addressed to him. He just said I'm make sure to cancel the order. Thank you Surprise Toyota for giving some backyard mechanic service. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
