  • I have to start by saying I LOVE THIS PLACE. However, last night was super disappointing. Food was good overall with the exception of the BREAD TIE IN MY SALAD. Our server made the manager aware however she never came over to address it but did take a whole $3 off the bill. Not kidding. Really, you're cool serving a bread tie IN a salad but can't come acknowledge it? I also specifically asked for a cup with a lid for my 5yo, at least 2x, however the server still brought him a huge cup, ignored my third request for a lid again AFTER she brought the drink to the table. Well, the drink, of course, ended up in his lap, plate of food, and all over my Michael Kors purse. So that was super too. Bad night Santisi. Not your norm at all. :(
