rev:text	We had a great experience buying our living room furniture. However buying our daughters bedroom furniture has been a nightmare. We started off with an A sales girl who did not let us know that the way the sales floor example was set up was not everything that came with the set. Despite asking her several times if everything that was displayed came in their package on the sales floor we were told it was. It was not. My bad for not checking my receipt after it was written up. I've learned a lesson. They definitely get one over on you. Check your receipts people. When is delivery came and we realize that one dresser did not come with the set as previously promised , we called and they gave us a so-called "deal" on the remaining dresser. After talking to a delivery man we realize this happens quite a bit with them. It seems to be their scheme. We go ahead and order the second dresser for a "discounted price" and they say delivery charge will be on them this time. The second delivery we were told would be between 10 and 2pm. At 2:28 they called and said our delivery was 30 minutes out. After waiting an hour I called the store and they said now the delivery was five minutes out. After another 45 minutes of waiting I called again they promised to call the delivery drivers and ask their estimated time of arrival all. Never received a call three hours late the delivery shows up. The delivery driver was very pleasant. And apologetic I am grateful for that. Most likely I will not be easy Ashley furniture again. And will be going with RC Willey.
