  • I thought that from the name, they might be Christian. Well, if they are Christian, they are very greedy Christians. Had a leak in a pipe in the laundry room wall between the wall and the garage. They tore the garage wall apart and claimed to have fixed something and charged me $500. The leak continued. They came back out and I asked if they could use a camera to look in the wall for the leak rather than ripping my walls apart. The tech said that they had a camera but not on his truck. He and his partner then proceeded to tear apart my laundry room wall; found a small leak in the plumbing there, fixed it and charged me around an additional $600. A few years have gone by and the leak is leaking again at the exact same spot. Needless to say, I will not call this company again. I tore the wall apart again where the leak was and sure enough, the exact place where they "fixed" the leak is leaking again. I could fix this leak myself for about less than $30 in parts but fear my wife would have a fit if it leaked in the future. So I've got calls in to other plumbers to come out and fix it again. I agree with the negative reviews of this company by other customers. They echo my experience. also: don't be surprised if they come out and try to sell you a new water heater when a new one is not needed.
