  • The worst cust service ever, the hotel is very nice looking, We were overcharged ( they do not give you a receipt at check out they only email),housekeeping is just beyond words, no cleaning of room by 6:30 pm, walked in without knocking while coming out of shower, then after several phone calls they try to negotiate the price, They deactivated our room keys by mistake, We literally spent 1 hr a day dealing with problems, Go bowling go gamble go eat JUST DONT STAY AT RESORT
