  • Family and I had dinner here and between the 4 of us we got the Maui Wowie (very good), Average Joe (exactly as the name suggests, meh), Shrooms burger (typical burger with mushrooms), and the BRGR (their namesake, too similar to the Shrooms-a burger with mushrooms). All in all, the food was good tasting and flavorful. Unfortunately their service was pretty bad. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table when within our sight there were 3 available 4-person tables. When we asked about it we were told they liked to save those tables in case larger parties came in and need to be seated. We were appalled and almost left. We had to wait so they could accommodate people that may or may not show up after us to get seated BEFORE us. Our server was very unfriendly and not at all interested in answering our questions. The Average Joe burger was completely different from how we ordered it. And we had to ask to have our water filled from the hostess because we asked our server three times for more water and she just kept forgetting and going to talk with her coworkers. Would've given this review one star but the food was actually good although I probably won't go back until they've turned over the staff.
