  • Let me start off by saying that I hate to give negative reviews. I went here to get my highlights and hair done for my upcoming wedding. I have been getting my hair highlighted professionally for more than ten years and the longest it has ever taken a professional to highlight, tone, wash, style and dry my hair is 2 hours. The stylist took 3.5 hours to do the exact same thing. The stylist also teased my hair when she was coloring it which was not only painful, but it created knots and when she tried to comb them out, she pulled out my hair. Because the dye was left on my hair for so long, my ends got fried, my hair is so dried out, and the color towards the bottom of my hair is not nearly the same shade as the color on the top of my hair. I could have forgiven most of that if my color turned out the color that I had asked for. I asked for my hair to be lighter and blonde, and when the stylist was finished with my hair, my hair ended up actually being DARKER then when I went into the salon. This is my second poor experience with getting my hair colored there and the stylist taking forever to put in highlights. My hair has been damaged so much by what the stylist did to my hair, I will need to get it cut, and will not be able to get my hair styled for my wedding as I originally had planned. This is a day I have been waiting for all my life and I am furious that the incompetence of this salon has screwed it up.
