  • They do not care about their renters in the slightest. I have been in one of their houses for almost five years. Every year my SRP Bill got more and more expensive. I kept complaining something was wrong with the AC unit because it was constantly running. They kept coming out to fix it and finally replaced it this year at the END of summer. Thanks. Paying $400+ dollars flour to six months out of the year and finally get a new unit after it completely breaks down. When I called them to complain not one solution was offered to offset the thousands in power bills I spent. Not even a discount month or discount in resigning my lease. If you can avoid from renting from these people do so. Renter beware.
