  • Well, where do I start, we paid for a suite in order to get the lovely balcony. The outdoor balcony was filthy covered with dust and unusable. When we went to shower in the morning someone else's toiletries and used razor were present in the shower. When we asked for the outdoor balcony to be cleaned off they assured us it would be cleaned however when we return to our room at 10:30 PM that evening the room itself had not even been made up that day. It's certainly not resort quality!
