  • Such a great dealership! Carlos, Zach, Matt, and the entire service staff are always exceeding my expectations. Dropping my car off is painless as they have a heated garage/lobby. Pricing is reasonable, occasional service coupons help too. This combined with some of the absolute best customer service I have experienced, leaving in a loaner BMW or being dropped off across town, and picking up my car washed and vacuumed, make it well worth it. They don't forget to call me or play games at all. I'm a hobby mechanic and don't really need to get my oil changes here but I do it for the convenience. People tend to be leery of dealers.... If that's you, Classic BMW will work hard to change your mind.
