  • Save your money! Look for a professional instructor. Phil is unethical and does not provide the training under the PADI instruction format that should be received for the cost. I started this ordeal back in February 2018 (5 months ago) and still have NOT received my scuba certification. This instructor is for the QUICK BUCK$$$ He refused to provide further training dates for the certification and refuses to refund all my money! FRAUD. He has been reported to the PADI main office previously for the same complaints. My recommendation: USE SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL, I did continue my Scuba training elsewhere due to Phil putting off further class time for his list of personal reasons. Great instructors at WATER WORLD SCUBA in Henderson; way cheaper, credentialed and professional instructors. They also provide an all in one facility with up to date equipment, pool and shop for all your scuba needs.
