  • Took my little sister and friend here for the first time. The customer service there was not so great. We walked in kinda lost at where we were supposed to start and the front desk staff just stared at us... no greeting, no smiles but just standing there. I went up to them and asked about the prices then they directed me over to the computer to sign the liability form. After that they gave my sisters friend some Krazy air socks while they left out my sister. So I had to back and ask them for some and the whole time they had an attitude about it. Not so friendly staff for a place that attracts kids and families. The equipment was alright kinda outdated.. I expected more. I'm gonna try some other places here around the valley!
