  • I have been to this location 4 times and have seen Syretta, based on reviews that I had read here on Yelp. Her service, and professionalism deserves 5 stars. On my first visit, the location was expanding, so there were boxes and clutter around, but overall a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is relaxing, but the music varied so widely, that there was much left to be desired in that aspect. The chairs and blankets provide a restful environment, and although there were some artists and patrons that were rather talkative, I was able to tune them out and relax. Each time, I truly enjoyed the look of the lashes, the only reason I am giving only 3 stars is due to the fact that the glue used on my lashes burned so badly. There would be times during the day that my eyes would water, and then my eyes would feel like they were on fire and I could not see. A number of times this happened while I was driving and I had to pull over until the episode subsided. When mentioning this to my artist, she recommended a more sensitive glue. I tried all 4 strengths of the glue they use, and although the number of burning episodes decreased, they did not completely go away, and the lashes lasted for shorter and shorter periods of time. I am sad to say I have given up and won't be returning. My optometrist recommended going to another establishment, but I am a little leery at this point. Great job Syretta, sadly Cherry Lash Lounge glue isn't for me.
