The concession vendor, Ovations, is horrendous. Stood in line at an understaffed stand. THEY RAN OUT OF FOOD. The workers did not have radios and were not allowed to leave the stand. They waited for a supervisor to walk by and no one did. They took turns trying to find a supervisor because they were not allowed to refund our money.
One "supervisor" showed up after almost an hour but he did not have the authority to refund money. The crowd waited another 15/20 minutes until the next level supervisor showed up.
All in all around 20 people waited in line to order, waited in line for their food, and then waited in line for a refund = 4 innings lost to the idiocy of Ovations.
Goodyear Park and the Reds organization should consider the experience of the fans and kick this sorry excuse for a vendor to the curb.
