  • Rudest person at the Bingo Counter. No customer service skills whatsoever. Absolutely no ounce of customer rapport. No hello/welcome/come again greeting. She did realize what a horrible service she was doing as she noticed her Sup behind her and tried to rebound. No sweetie, damage is done. As a company, you're only as good as your employees.
