  • The first time we came here we had a not so very good time. The staff was not prepared, the room wasn't set up (locks weren't locked and secret doors weren't securely shut), etc etc. it just wasn't a great experience. However, on a Saturday we had just done an escape room somewhere else and we were having dinner and we decided we wanted to do another one and started looking at places and one of my kids that didn't come with us to this place before says she wants to try it and let's try a different room--this time we try the Arizona shootout. This time I have a different teen kid, her boyfriend and my boyfriend. We go to check in and the manager was super friendly and remembers my experience from last time and let's me know she wasn't charging us since we had a bad experience last time. I let her know that when I booked I had full intention on paying and I get mistakes happen, I was willing to try again. However, she insisted and was super nice about it. Very very nice. This time we get game master Gregory who is the polar opposite of the person we had before! He was amazing! He was fun and engaging...and he sounded like he wanted to be there! This room was a lot of fun. We had a great time. Everything was working! Lol...unlike last time. Ha ha. I mean, seriously it's uber disappointing when things are open and unlocked it seriously cheats you out of puzzles and stuff..right? And can throw you off... When we finished he actually showed up! Unlike last time ha ha. And he was happy and he asked us questions to see if we needed anything. We loved Gregory. He joked with the kids and they had a great time. You pay for a good time from the moment you get there...and that's what we got this time. Way to redeem yourself escapology! Thank you! We saw some doors that were open to other rooms on the way out that looked intriguing. So we will be back to scope those out for sure! Thank you!
