  • I blew out the rear tire on my bike on a Thursday morning. I wasn't able to deal with it until the afternoon. I called around, no one had the right size tire in stock. Both Victory dealers wanted $300 for the exceptionally average stock Dunlop and wouldn't be able to get them in stock until the following Wednesday at the earliest. I called Hellbilly and spoke with Mike, the owner I believe, he didn't have the right size in stock either but quickly listed the options he could order and have overnighted. I told him I wanted to check online reviews of the options before I made my decision and I would call him back. I called him back and he got it ordered. I got a screaming hot deal on a Pirelli Night Dragon, he sold it to me for the same cost I could have bought it for online and had it shipped with standard shipping. The tire came in Saturday morning, I called him back just a little past the cut off time for it to get there on Friday. Saturday afternoon I picked up the bike and she was looking great, they had washed and polished it. I just got back from a test ride and the tire was balanced perfectly no wobbles at all through long, fast sweepers. Top notch service and he got me back on the road a week faster than what it would have taken the local dealers and for about $75 less total cost. I had a great experience here and I would recommend him to anybody. I'll be changing the front tire in about 3-4 months and when that time comes, I'll be coming back to Hellbilly. He's earned my business with great customer service at a very fair price. Edit: Spelling and clarity
