  • The good guys at CPR INTENTIONALLY BROKE MY PHONE... Back story, I have 2 broken HTC Ones + 2 broken Nexus 4 + a Galaxy 2 ... CPR IS MORE EXPENSIVE than UbreakIfix for EVERY phone except the HTC.. So I leave the HTC. These guys are so far away that its almost impossible for me to get back up there... I had already called and asked him not to fix the phone that they had, and that I was going to exchange it with my other one. I was told by the owner that the repair would last 3 hours... I have nothing to do in North Scottsdale for 3 hours, I live in Laveen. Yesterday I finally made it up there, and got in a car accident on the way... I told them I didn't want either of my phone fixed for $200 because I had just had a car accident that was my fault and I knew I have to pay the $500 deductible on my vehicle. This guy refuses to give me my phone back, he absolutely refuses to give me my phone back. Then the guy with all the tattoos comes out, treats me like crap... The guy with the tattoos starts making jokes in front of my 15 year old son that I'm broke, that I don't have money... Of course I got angry, threw the money at him and told him it wasn't about the money per se, it was about the fact that I just got an accident I knew that I was going to have money going other places. He told me that he would be my repair for the price of the part only, no labor. My repair with labor is $189, my repair without labor was 140. I gave the boy with the tattoos 160 dollars , told him to keep the change and just fix one of my phones since they were being complete bullies refusing to give me my phone back... He said it would take an hour for the repair, when I came back my phone looked as good as new... Except it doesn't work. The dickhead with the tattoos told me it didn't work, gave me back my money and it said that the repair was free because he broke the phone! Now, you wasted my time and lost money... Your part was only $140, I gave you a hundred sixty to cover your shipping and you intentionally broke my phone... You intentionally broke my phone!!!!!!!!!! I'm not sure if you thought it was going to be a great joke, breaking my phone on purpose; I laughed all the way to the tmobile next door, showed them my broken phone and had a warranty exchange issued... Its 745 in the morning the day after they intentionally broke my phone, & I just got a text message from UPS saying that my new HTC One will be here in a few hours... Thank you CPR phone repair, Thanks for repairing my screen so that I could get a FREE warranty exchange. You guys are really some dummies. You just lost your own money and played yourself. All because you wanted to be a bully. Guess what? The $160 will still go towards my car, my new phone will be here in a couple hours and you didn't win... You just showed your ass! And now I can spend my entire day going around the internet writing reviews about how you intentionally broke my phone. Bullies!!!!
