  • Came here with my wife on a recommendation from an employee I saw wearing his work t-shirt. When we got there, the line was to the door. So, we ended up waitijng about 30 minutes to get to the order line. The staff was very friendly and polite. The place was pretty clean, considering the amount of traffic coming through. So, we finally got to place our order... We order a sampler plate, stuffed baked potato with chicken, cole slaw, sweet corn, corn bread, bottle of Coke and a fountain drink. The sampler plate was very good, except for the brisket. It had way to much fat on it, but the other meats were good. The baked potato was the best thing we ordered. It was delicious! I covered in their spicy BBQ sauce and I couldn't stop eating it. Yes, it was that good. The cole slaw needs some work, I've eaten some good slaw and some tasteless slaw. But, this goes in the tasteless column. The sweet corn was very good and smothered in butter. Corn bread was also disappointing, was to dry and bland. And last but not least, the drinks. I tried the pure cane sugar natural sodas and was disappointed again. They just don't taste right, compared to the regular fountain drinks. I gave the place an overall review of 4 out of 5 stars. That baked potato and BBQ sauce were that good. Looking forward to returning.
