This place is unbelievable, the review strictly applies to their delivery service. I'm in town for Epic and wanted to order food, I call at 4pm then the lady tells me they won't delivery until 530 (even though website says 430), I agree and remind her at least five times to pack some hot sauce/soy sauce. The food arrives around 540, it's cold noodles with no fork or condiments. The guy tries to argue and annoyingly says "there are 2 locations, other one is closer to this hotel" I understand that so I reply that I'm obviously not from Wisconsin so if distance was an issue, they should have said something when I called. I re-heat the food in the lobby microwave & then call the restaurant. I try to stay calm while I tell the lady that I requested condiments more than once, didn't get anything, no fork with my noodles and my food is cold. She has the nerve to argue over the phone then suddenly ignores me & starts talking to her co worker in their native language. I can't say I'm surprised, if language barrier is an issue then they should have someone who speaks proper English. In the end I just hung up while the lady the lady went on a rant with her co worker, never again.
