  • I have had a very expensive Samsonite checked bag that I have had to have replaced two times since purchasing (worst purchase I have ever made). I noticed several weeks ago that not only are the zipper pulls gone again for the main compartment, but the loops for the safety lock were missing as well. United Airlines in PHX recommended Mark's Luggage Service for any repairs. I took my bag to Mark's on Friday, Mark (yep! The man himself!!!) took care of me and said that the repairs should be completed by Tuesday of the following week. I received a phone call on Tuesday afternoon and picked up my bag that morning (Wednesday) and am very happy with the work that was done. AND...it was all done under warranty! BONUS... Thanks to Mark and his staff at Mark's Luggage Service in Phoenix. Customer service and repairs are all as professional as you can get.
