Horrible service.
We went to this restaurant today (Saturday, September 10th at about 3 PM). The manager on duty was a "Lisa". We were 3 at our table with a 1 year old baby. The baby started crying (we were trying to quiet him down) and she came over to tell us that she had other customers present there that we needed to quiet the baby or take him outside. Her approach/comment was not needed. She left and went to the other tables and told them "sorry I've asked them to quiet the baby down but they refuse to". Why instigate anything (we never refused to quiet him down). No said anything to her (most know very well that small babies will cry). I went up to the register to pay and this same manager assisted me and then my sister came up to the register (the mother of the baby) and the manager left the register to have another employee take over. I then asked that employee for her name to submit this complaint. As my sister finished paying, she told the manager that she didn't appreciate her instigating issues with the other patrons, she replied "I don't appreciate you". So of course my sister replied back tell her she was a B**** and to that, this so called manager replied F off F U in the presence of all the other patrons. Horrible customer care- horrible experience.
