  • My dog was involved in an accident and I required an emergency vet. I chose this location due to the fact it was close to my home. I understood that I would be paying more because of the emergency factor. I took my dog in because she required stitches and I wanted that taken care of in the most expedited fashion possible. I spoke with the vet after dropping my pet off and I was assured that she would be attended to ASAP. I was told she would be getting stitches to repair the wound. After almost 9 hours and four phone calls I finally was told I could come pick up my dog. I spoke with the vet tech and they went over the medication with me. The vet tech was unable to read the name of the prescription so he just said to Google it and That will tell you how to use the medication. I never talked to the vet when I picked up my dog. About two hours later the veterinarian finally called me to go over what they did to my dog. I explained to her that the vet tech was unable to explain to me how do use a medication for my dog. Many things went wrong with my visit to this location. If I ever am in a situation where I need an emergency vet again I will definitely take my pet somewhere else.
