How very disappointing! I think I was the first to write a review, which was great; I tipped very well and also had difficulty booking for the other voucher I bought. Their voicemail was still up as of last week but couldn't get a live voice so I thought I'd try again today.
I agree with the other writer, what will happen to our voucher? I get the impression they walk away with our money for the service we never got. I'll try to get in touch with GroupClick but not certain there is much they can do.
A lesson to us all; not to get too excited with our vouchers by storing them for future use; buy what you can use right away and/or only buy from stable businesses...
