  • The physical therapy team is very good, but unfortunately one person in the front reception area is not. Unfriendly, uncaring and uncooperative. She refused to hear me out and then did the same when my insurance company called to confirm what I'd told her. Someone else in the front office was supposed to follow up with me so I could get my daughter treated, but she never bothered either. I guess they don't care about my child. Well, a competitor of theirs does. They accommodated me immediately with no pushback. Explore your options before coming here. They aren't the only game in town.
